Summer Strength and Conditioning Program

Camp Dates
Camp is Monday - Friday from noon to 2:30p.
2 hour training block with 15 minute warm up and 15 minute cool down.
Program will focus on the fundamentals of strength training Monday, Wednesday & Friday with agility and sports specific conditioning work on Tuesday and Thursday.
Expert instruction provided by certified strength and conditioning coaches.
Please plan to eat before/after each camp. Food will NOT be provided. Water available for purchase. Proper athletic shoes and attire required.
Classes start June 2nd and run through August 1st. Please choose your preferred dates above.
*Minimum of 5 students per week and max of 12.
